Morgan and Adam were allstars! They got our house sold in just a couple months even though it was not in the most desirable area. They were our realtor when we bought and foreclosure in 2012 and when we sold it in 2016 for a profit, always working tirelessly for the cause. Two thumbs up, would give  more than 5 stars if I could!

I’m glad I called Southern Classic and was directed to Morgan! As a new resident to the Valdosta area, she was knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect home for me. She always communicated with me effectively and made me feel at ease during my first home buying experience. I can’t say enough on how great she is! 100% recommend!

Adam and Morgan were more than we could have ever asked for! They were literally with us every step of the way. My wife and I were purchasing a home across the country and we were relying on them to be our eyes for the biggest purchase we've ever made, we were very nervous about this, but Adam and  Morgan reassured us we were in good hands. We never felt like just another customer with them, but they felt more like friends. We had several set backs with our process, and yet every time something happened, Morgan was on top of it. At no point were we ever stuck by her or the company she works for . She was consistently on the ball and never failed to notify us of a change. She even helped us a find a temporary place to  stay when we had to move out of our hotel, AND even took time out of her busy schedule to show my wife a second house. She was always polite, in a cheerful mood, and never failed to either answer every question I had, or found the answer I needed. When ever I had to stop by the office, every one there was very polite and more than happy to help my wife and I. When it comes time to either sell or rent my home, I will DEFINITELY be going back to Morgan and Adam! 

Morgan and Adam worked night and day to find us the perfect house. Me and my wife had given up hope numerous times, bit they kept reassuring is that we would get the right one. As a first time home buyer, they were very clear as to what was going on. Texting back in forth all through the night  while searching houses. Morgan was able to negotiate the deal of a lifetime and never gave up. 

Morgan made the entire process of buying a house so easy! She was flexible and willing to work with us and our crazy schedules. If you’re looking to buy or sell a house I would definitely recommend her!

Morgan was our realtor when we were searching for a home 5 years ago. We gave her a price range that we wanted to stay in and she showed us several different homes until we found the right one.
