My wife and I used Morgan Guthrie of Southern Realtors as our buyer agent when purchasing our first home. We love Morgan! We were both thoroughly impressed with her. She has a great work ethic, and is very good at what she does. She was very quick at responding to all of our questions and would move fast whenever we were interested in a property. No matter what day or time we would reach out to her, she would always respond immediately. That is so crucial in this market. The housing market is insanely competitive right now, and you really need an excellent agent to represent you. We both feel that Morgan did an amazing job at doing that. She was awesome at negotiating for us, and as first time homebuyers, Morgan really went the extra mile to help us navigate through the process and made sure we understood everything that was going on very clearly. We had a 10/10 experience with Morgan and I would highly recommend her. We will definitely be using her when we purchase our next home. Thank you Morgan!

Ms Morgan has always gone beyond the call of duty!!! Did an excellent job selling my old home and helping with all those details... Even years later after the purchase of my new home with property tax questions and helping me get info I need... She and her company are AWESOME!!!!
