Morgan was amazing throughout the entire process. She was encouraging and positive during the whole experience. As a dual agent, (me being the seller) I feel Morgan gave me just as much attention and care as she gave to the buyer. She's just GREAT! 100% recommended!

Morgan is a gem! She helped me find a house and close in record time. I loved how accessible she was during the entire process. She was very straightforward and discouraged us from buying a house that didn't have great resell value, which I truly appreciated, especially as a military family who  will probably end up moving within the next couple of years. I appreciated that she wasn't just focused on making a sell and concerned herself with us, as a family, and the future of our home.

Morgan was our realtor when we were searching for a home 5 years ago. We gave her a price range that we wanted to stay in and she showed us several different homes until we found the right one. She was willing to listen to what we wanted in a house and never rushed us into something we didn't  really like. Through a couple of months of looking, a great friendship was also formed. Even after 5 years, any time we have a question about real estate we call Morgan! Adam and Morgan were more than we could have ever asked for! They were literally with us every step of the way. My wife and I were purchasing a home across the country and we were relying on them to be our eyes for the biggest purchase we've ever made, we were very nervous about this, but Adam and  Morgan reassured us we were in good hands. The house is absolutely perfect and it's all thanks to Adam and Morgan. They made sure every detail was what we wanted and made sure to stay within our budget. We never felt like just another customer with them, but they felt more like friends. We could not be happier with the help we received from them and I would recommend them to anyone searching for a home!

We had several set backs with our process, and yet every time something happened, Morgan was on top of it. At no point were we ever stuck by her or the company she works for . She was consistently on the ball and never failed to notify us of a change. She even helped us a find a temporary place to  stay when we had to move out of our hotel, AND even took time out of her busy schedule to show my wife a second house. She was always polite, in a cheerful mood, and never failed to either answer every question I had, or found the answer I needed. When ever I had to stop by the office, every one there was very polite and more than happy to help my wife and I. When it comes time to either sell or rent my home, I will DEFINITELY be going back to Morgan and Adam! 

Morgan made the experience of selling our home a breeze. She was easy to work with, incredibly knowledgeable, and patient. She is no doubt the best there is!!!

They are very punctual and very well mannered. They are willing to meet anytime and will help in any way possible. I would recommend them to anyone lookong to purchase or sell a house!

Morgan and Adam worked night and day to find us the perfect house. Me and my wife had given up hope numerous times, bit they kept reassuring is that we would get the right one. As a first time home buyer, they were very clear as to what was going on. Texting back in forth all through the night  while searching houses. Morgan was able to negotiate the deal of a lifetime and never gave up. 

Ms Morgan has always gone beyond the call of duty!!! Did an excellent job selling my old home and helping with all those details... Even years later after the purchase of my new home with property tax questions and helping me get info I need... She and her company are AWESOME!!!!

We were very pleased with Adam and Morgan. We were brand new to the area and brand new homeowners and they helped answer any questions that we had. I have even had questions about stuff since we got into our new home and they have been able and willing to help.
