Morgan was beyond helpful, helping my find a house in Valdosta while still living in Texas. Because of her years of experience, she was able to simplify the paperwork aspect of the process. I would have been lost without her. I highly recommend her expertise when looking for a home!

My wife and I used Morgan Guthrie of Southern Realtors as our buyer agent when purchasing our first home. We love Morgan! We were both thoroughly impressed with her. She has a great work ethic, and is very good at what she does. She was very quick at responding to all of our questions and would move fast whenever we were interested in a property. No matter what day or time we would reach out to her, she would always respond immediately. That is so crucial in this market. The housing market is insanely competitive right now, and you really need an excellent agent to represent you. We both feel that Morgan did an amazing job at doing that. She was awesome at negotiating for us, and as first time homebuyers, Morgan really went the extra mile to help us navigate through the process and made sure we understood everything that was going on very clearly. Morgan made the process of purchasing a lot so quick and so easy! We live in a different state and were worried that we may have to travel to close/complete the purchase.
